These terms apply to all services and products offered by Twizion. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These Terms of Service apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and services provided by Twizion. Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Twizion. By placing an order or using our services, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms.
Twizion exclusively delivers digital products (IPTV access and subscriptions). Delivery takes place immediately upon receipt of payment, via email or WhatsApp support. Average delivery time is a few minutes after payment. Please check your spam folder for activation details.
The service can be used on Smart TVs, Fire Stick, Android, iPhone, MAG box, Formuler, PC, and Mac. After receiving your credentials, install the app and enter the activation details. Our team assists via WhatsApp if needed.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. After expiration, the service stops. Renewal is voluntary via WhatsApp or the website.
All prices on the website are in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made in advance through the available payment methods. Twizion reserves the right to modify prices and offers. Active subscriptions maintain the price agreed upon at purchase. In case of payment issues or fraud indications, the service is terminated immediately.
The customer is responsible for correctly installing and using the service. A stable internet connection is required (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). It is not permitted to:

Twizion endeavors to provide stable and reliable service but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted access. Twizion is not liable for:
Maximum liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the relevant service.
Twizion aims for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee this. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle refund or compensation.
Twizion reserves the right to terminate customer access without prior warning in case of: violation of these Terms of Service, misuse of the service including account resale, fraudulent payment or chargeback, or use of the service for illegal purposes. No refund is given upon termination due to customer violation.
Twizion reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are published on this page. Active agreements are not retroactively affected by changes. We advise you to check this page regularly for the most current version.
